Melwyn joined Vira International in April 2022 as a Team Manager. Melwyn formerly worked as a Teleperformance Team Manager for a leading Australian Energy Retailer before joining the Vira team. He has prior expertise managing operations. He has an excellent 15+ year expertise in client and people management in several verticals such as Sales, Retention, Customer Service, and Escalations.
