Education Qualification

Trainee
– 3 Degree/ Diploma from a Professional University (Hotel Management graduates)
– MUST have min one year experience (MUST be outside of USA) in the department they wish to apply.
– Between 20 to 33 years of age
Intern
– Currently Pursuing 3 Degree/ Diploma from a Professional University (Hotel Management graduates) OR
– Recently Graduated from a Professional University (Hotel Management graduates)
– Between 20 to 33 years of age

NON-Graduates
– 5 years of work experience (MUST be outside of USA) in the department they wish to apply.
– Between 20 to 33 years of age

Position details

Train in all areas of Food & Beverage Outlets, Room Service and Banquets
– Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
– Learn to take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
– Learn to prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms
– Follow all cash handling procedures per Hotel policy
– Learn to manage guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
– Ensure compliance of all Fairmont standards
– Train to achieve departmental targets
– Ensure cleanliness of work areas
– During your training, ensure to be in compliance with all Hotel health and safety policies
– Perform all other reasonable duties as needed
