Lubna joined Vira  in May 2021 as a content editor, and writer. Lubna brings with her over 15 years of work experience in the HR / Recruitment, advertising sales and the education Industry. Prior to joining  Vira , Lubna  spent 10 years with the Times of India Group, then Uniconnect International SIM. At the TOI, Lubna spearheaded the Mumbai Mirror Recruitment category, where she grew the tabloid, launch to a well-established and recognised brand. Lubna achieved recognition in the company for her contribution to the recruitment category. Lubna has worked closely within  the education sector, especially with Mumbai University affiliated colleges, and launched a sub-section  the “Ascent Academia” within the Ascent for Educational hiring. She also introduced and promoted job fairs in Mumbai , where candidates had an opportunity to meet with employers face to face.

Lubna strongly believes in continuous learning and self-development, with a keen ability to adapt quickly, and  recognises that flexibility in a progressively changing diverse work environment is important along with finding common ground to achieve a win-win outcome.
